We were disappointed that there were not enough electrical outlets next to the side of the bed.The ones near the bed were already used by a lamp & clock.

We just wrapped up another stay at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, and once again had a great experience. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, although the A/C didn’t seem to get as cool as we would have liked, even after lowering the temperature. One of the biggest reasons we keep coming back is that the hotel never feels overcrowded like many of the properties on the Strip. It’s so much more relaxing, and this trip we brought friends with us who commented on the same thing—they loved that it wasn’t wall-to-wall people and said they were really happy with the hotel choice. The family pool area is fantastic, and the covered bar/lounge area is the perfect place to escape the Vegas heat while still enjoying the pool atmosphere. We also love the 24-hour pizza spot—it’s always a great late-night option. They serve a solid breakfast until 11 a.m., and on our previous visit we really enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant as well. Overall, Virgin offers a much more laid-back Vegas experience without sacrificing comfort or amenities. We’ll definitely be back!

Late checkout fees, and early check-in fees are unnecessarily high. That’s just pure greed. The resort fees don’t cover much. They overcharge for Wi-Fi usage on more than two devices, which is unnecessary. Most of the staff are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. With the exception of a few rude staff members ant the front desk, our stay was great. Rose at the front desk was quite rude. Grigor, at check in was awesome. For the codt if the rooms, you would think they’d have 2-PLY toilet paper in the rooms and cadino. The pool/bar staff were amazing. Plenty of food options.

The hotel is short staffed.

The Property was older but all the staff was great, the Cirque du Soleil Mystere show was awesome, and you could not beat the value of the location to many other things! Pool was a hidden gem!

The free gift set up to sell time shares was very misleading and an inconvenience. I heard this upset some of the other guests as well. If Westgate could take this into consideration it would be good. Otherwise everything was fine. L
