Clean, overlooking a beautiful beach. The staff was excellent. Did not give it a higher rating because at times there was nothing to eat. For an all inclusive, this is not the standard. However the food options were good when the buffet was open.

Staff is amazing. Hands down. But the room smellt really musky, turned out the filter was mouldy, room smelt like air freshener for 2 days, then it went back to musky (our clothes smelt like our room by the end).. beer is the best at the sportsbar, everywhere else its a little water down. Again, staff amazing. I always had enough water and snacks in my room. Was very well treated. Restaurants - buffet is good, and the italian and the steak house, everything else very mediocre. The music is insanely loud at the pool and the beach, all morning and afternoon, definitely not the place to take my elderly mom, but would've been a better vibe with my boyfriend (in our 30s). Over all, I'd give it a 10/10 given the price, but I've traveled to turks and caicos and other islands at 5 star hotels and this wouldn't come close to it. And next time with my mom specifically, I would book an adults only and maybe spend a little more. I would come back here with my boyfriend, though. Next door to us was a family with young kids and we could hear them through the night.. we talked to them and it helped a bit. But hey, sunshine, unlimited drinks, and a huge variety of food, it was a great get away.

Our initial impression was not great due to Juan at the check in desk treating us with a pompous attitude. He rushed through our check in, barely providing us with information about facilities and restaurants, etc. Fortunately, the rest of the staff were wonderful and friendly, making our stay very enjoyable. The food here is very good, and the room (junior suite) was comfortable, if a little worn, and had all that we needed. We loved spending time at the pools. The activities staff do a great job of keeping people engaged and having a good time. Or, if you prefer, you can find a quiet spot at the end of the pool area to just lay out and catch some rays. The beach is pretty nice, but we didn’t spend time there as we preferred the pools. We would stay here again.

Air was not working very well and the door to the balcony would not close it was broken.resturants were good but wish they had more options on food for kids. But 5 stars for the all staff again in resturants/pool side and the room service was great! Food was not my favorite part but on the bright side didnt have to pay for that part.

Cesar, our concierge made our trip easy and worry free. We were so happy to have the extra support during our trip knowing he was there to help. He was really great and did everything he could to make our stay memorable.
