Wonderful stay! Everything was excellent—from the beautiful room and great service to the warm, welcoming staff. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

FULL and honest comprehensive review. THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR RESORT* Hotel/grounds: everything looks slightly run down or half rate, an example of this is the little hill going down from the pool to the main grass/beach area, by afternoon it turns into mud. Anytime a resort doesnt have installed speakers, is also a tell that its not taking ambiance seriously. Also not sure why beach front resorts haven't fully adopted wristbands for keys instead of having actual key cards, big miss here. There is decent wifi throughout the property. Room: We booked a two bedroom pool villa. While the actual master bedroom was nicely appointed. The layout is EXTREMELY odd. The two bedrooms are completely separated and the living space is yet another separated area with no locks. You need to remember your physical key card if you want to go from bedroom to bedroom. It's a really poor layout especially if you bring kids. Also it's very odd the beds are on wheels and move every time you sit on them. The pool itself was nice, nothing great. Just wasnt as inviting as the pool villa we had a Mikazuki in Da Nang. Pool: we spent most of our time at the beach front pool. Again it was fine. No servers. Again detracting from a real 5 star property, you needed to trade- in cards to get towels and vice versa, just seems like a petty policy. The beach is probably the highlight here. Nice sand, clean, good clean water with no seaweed. No beach chairs really set out on the beach and no service on the beach.

The staff at Little Riverside were so beautiful, kind and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again. The view of the river was great. Use of the bikes was super. The breakfast was sooooo yummy. Nothing was too much trouble.

Great location within walking distance to the night market, central area, and river. The hotel has a charming retro design with modern comforts, and our room was spacious and cozy. Staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive—helping with luggage, offering welcome drinks, fruits, and cold towels, which was a lovely touch in the hot weather. One area for improvement would be soundproofing, as noise from outside and upper floors was noticeable. Otherwise, the stay was peaceful, clean, and good value. Overall: A cozy boutique hotel with excellent service and a strategic location—highly recommended for a stay in Hoi An.
