We really enjoyed our stay, but have a few suggestions. The AC wasn't working properly so it was fine during the day but got hot at night, a fan would really help.
Also the living room sofa, the cushions need ti be a little better, we felt like we were sinking in.

The tiled kitchen/lounge floor was dirty
The general decor was well used and past its best. The complete absence of staff meant the issues we had had to be dealt with phone and email and was unsuccessful and the issues were never resolved. We wasted to much of our valuable time waiting for someone to fix the door access
The place was soulless
