Perfect place to stay in the Old Quarter!.
Everything was excellent here!
Room was nice and very quiet for Old Quarter!
Staff was the best by far in any place I stayed in Vietnam and I traveled all over for a month! They arranged everything for my stay through WhatsApp.
Breakfast was awesome!
Location is the best for Hanoi!
Great for solo or couples!
I stayed in a couple places in Hanoi and I would absolutely choose this place over any other for my next stay with no hesitation!
Can't say enough good things about The Oriental Jade Hotel! Best choice!

Beautiful hotel in Hanoi!! The hotel has only been open for 7 months and of the 3 hotels we stayed in in Hanoi it was definitely the best! As soon as you walk in the staff are so welcoming and friendly and the place smells devine! The hotel manager Rose was lovely and took the time to talk to us whenever we saw her. We had a Metropole Suite room with a balcony which was fabulous! Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice & very attentive service and all the staff came out of the hotel to wave us off which was lovely 😍
