Staff were extremely welcoming and breakfast was really nice

great hotel in great location in Geneva

Location was excellent, staff were super helpful especially Abrahim, Fatima, a young black man who gave me plasters as my shoes were cutting into me. He went out of his way to help. I would give it 5stars but the pillows let me down they were very thin and soft i wasnt able to sleep well. However the staff tried to make up by giving me extra pillows i was very grateful.

Property felt very clean and well presented . Unfortunately the aircon wasn’t great and the room was quite warm

This hotel was great. Family room was very spacious. Bed and towels were high level. Staff was above and beyond. A couple of spiders around the room I had to deal before sleeping due to the high allergy level my daughter has but normal for a room above a river immersed in nature. We unfortunately expected to try the restaurant on Sunday evening but it closes on Sundays. This hotel was a nice surprise after had to cancel the two previous hotels due to hygiene issues (apparently a very common issue in Europe, as it seems most of locations charge a fortune and show no respect to their customers). I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to avoid the chaos of Geneva and its surroundings after a day of visiting.
