SO well located and a lot going for this place but I do wish the rooms were a little better equipped.
The philosophy of sharing is great - until it’s 11.30pm and you need a kettle, or the Uber Eats arrives and the only bowls available are four floors away.
And who really wants to drink vino from a 3-D printed mug?
For $40 per room everyone could have all they need.

Communication for picking up and dropping off key was not great. I emailed twice with no reply so ended up phoning them. Other than that the property was excellent. Close to tram stop, very clean and tidy. Great views.

Apartment was clean, quiet, easy to access.

I had such a beautiful stay at 1 Hotel Melbourne. The hotel feels modern, calming, and luxurious from the moment you walk in. The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with those little touches that make you feel at home.
