Terrific large room, great location, almost all staff were amazing

The breaker kept popping so the bathroom light would not stay on when in need. Parking was not included nor discussed so it was unknown by us that we had to purchase a parking package u til the day we arrived. Then there were no parking spots available. We spent over $200 in parking to stay there.

There should be a door to the toilet/ shower not a shower curtain . The water is slow to go down drain from shower so you have to go toilet with water on the floor .you should be able to open the door nearer to the kitchen as there is no extrator fan when cooking this is a health and safety issue

Room was beautiful and spotless! The bathroom felt like being in a spa with the plump towels and dressing gown and eucalyptus body wash. I requested a quiet room as I am staying for work and the team kindly organised this and even upgraded my stay. Staff were more than happy to help with any and all requests including booking taxis etc. The hotel is gorgeous and I’d definitely stay again next time I am in Dublin.

Room was fabulous and staff was really friendly would definitely return.

This location was very convenient to University College of Dublin, which was why I chose it. But the hotel was beautiful and I didn't take advantage of the amenities as I should have. I will definitely return in April for another visit and will know to spend more time at the hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly, the spaces are lovely and the grounds looked beautiful (despite the weather not being great).

Excellent customer service, amenities, and quiet rooms.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was located in a perfect location, the staff were very friendly, and my room was spotless everyday. I would stay here again if I return to Dublin. My only complaint (and it might be based on my room location) was the WiFi was fairly inadequate. It kept disconnecting on its own and was never completely reliable.
