Arrived January 20 for a week. It was conveniently located, making it walkable to all areas. The room was spotless. Check in was fast and staff were very helpful. They always had their famous little tarts in the lobby with fruit water. I would recommend this hotel.

Odd gave us a handicapped room. Toilet at waste high and shower at shoulder high
I get it but 6 ft 3 makes it hard to shower
And my wife had issues using bathroom
Not good if tall or short

Location- amazing. Walk everywhere with sights, shops, restaurants, transportation at the doorstep.
Hotel - clean, unique with a lovely bar, drinks and helpful staff.
Rooms are clean, comfortable, generally quiet, thoughtful and lush fully appointment.
As a North American- rooms and bathrooms are smaller (European size), hallways are bit dark but it’s the hotel’s design element
