La suferencia que le doy al hotel es que la habitacion que asignen ocean front Que no den la que las palmas obstruyen la vista al oceano que nos dieron una asi y pedimos cambiarla Todo lo demas excelente servicio

It took like 45 minutes to get my car back from the valet people which was really annoying.

The staff is very attentive to the client, very smiling, and are there for our requests, very well located in Miami Beach. At the reception Victor really offers good service.

The staff were very welcoming. There were mishaps at the airport & they went above and beyond to make sure that my reservation wasn’t cancelled. The bartender made me the most amazing cocktail & i don’t even like alcohol. The entire experience was a 10/10 will definitely be booking and returning within 6 months ! I had a blast, thank you all for having me.

We weren’t informed in advanced that the pool was closed for renovation or repair. We paid a resort fee and this is one of the amenities. It would’ve been nice to use the pool on our arrival day in the afternoon or early evening until it closed. The second day it rained it didn’t matter, but it’s the point that this happened without being informed.
