The balcony we got was a view of ugly dirty rooftops with air conditioners and nothing more than that.. I would love to give this property of five star review but the fact of the matter is the picture is make the rooms look much bigger than they are. It doesn't say much about the sink being in the middle of the room and not having an actual bathroom. The beds are extremely hard and the quarters are close. For a boutique hotel with somebody who's not picky about the beds and just wants to be in Little Italy I'm sure it's fine but for us it would not work but I'm extremely grateful that they gave us a refund despite the fact that it was a non-refundable booking. I also credit Expedia and our platinum membership for that. The front desk and the management was very helpful with that and I appreciated it very much. If not for that it would have ruined our whole trip cuz I was traveling with my mother and we have specific needs. So Props to them for that.

Great location right in Times Square, a little sketchy in some of the third party operations

The room was impeccably clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The lighting in the room was poor and the bed was not very comfortable. It is a very small space and there was construction (loud) going on each day. Parking was blocks away and I was overcharged.

This was a great spot for a 1 night stay for a conference. Close to Bryant Park and all the dining options and activities of midtown NYC.

Very clean room. Excellent staff. Adriana was wonderful. I’d say our bed wasn’t the best, but the room was very clean and luxurious.

The entrance to this hotel is lovely, the restaurant has a great ambience and open-air feel, and the service was top-notch. Perfect location for shopping and walking in SoHo
