Very clean room, very friendly staff, and in a really fun area

Our room was clean, the valet service was fast, the hotel is a five minute walk from pantages, the walk of fame and amoeba music. Ten minutes drive to universal studios, and a great view on either side when you choose a higher floor. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Well, the room was comfortable although the carpet seemed dated. This is a minor point but the room's windows were absolutely filthly... not sure how often they get a cleaning. Maybe a good rain would rinse them off.

Eveything was perfect. I have stayed at alot of places in vegas and this was well worth the money. Will stay again.

Eficiente staff , some noice with the A/C , reported four times during a week visit . It was service really fast .

Amazing rooms, great vibe, excellent food!

The staff was infinitely patient. The hotel is beautiful and a little overwhelming at first. Asking for a handicap room, I appreciated no steps to the living area, the rails in the water closet, and the cleanliness. The tub was beyond impossible for both handicap and older guest though, and we had trouble with the plugs (but was kindly assisted by a facilities employee, who also educated us on the multitude of buttons on the phone) If we could recommend, some type of interactive map app - image map way too difficult to follow with so many walkway offshoots. Very busy hotel, many shops and restaurants, casino nice, concierge and guest services very helpful (although dont always tell you the same thing.)
