I travel to Adelaide regularly and this is by far the best mid range (price) hotel in CBD. Staff are awesome, rooms clean and well serviced. Great location. Highly recommend

My wife and I stayed just one night so we did'nt have time to view the area too much. However it's very close to central Adelaide and, just up the road is an excellent, local mini-supermaket. The apartment was quite large and well appointed. In particular, having spent some days away from such facilities, we were pleased to be able to wash, dry and iron our clothes. Although it's clean and tidy, the apartment could be improved by a fresh lick of paint. In short .... Franklins Apartment is ideally situated in central Adelaide, it's of a good size, it's quiet, well equipped and very comfortable.

We loved every part of our luxurious stay. From the moment we got out of the Uber upon arrival, until check out. We were made to feel extremely special, and the room was just incredible. The best we’ve ever stay in. The staff were wonderful, breakfast top tier and we had 2 fabulous swims and dips in the spa. Would love to stay again!

great location. The only downside was the food at the Panorama restaurant with 3 out of 4 meals subpar. Also the food at the Grand Bar left a lot to be desired.

Housekeeping performance very variable, some days didn't vacuuming the floor, other days didn't make the beds. Sometimes our room was missed altogether. Weird having a sliding glass partition between the bedroom and the bathroom. Light switches are a nightmare - after a stay of 24 nights i still found their operation was inconsistent and confusing. Super restaurants and very reasonable good food but they get packed and 3 of the four don’t take reservations. Reception staff friendly but they don’t remember who is staying - after a couple of weeks they did say good morning without prompting. Very helpful but had to ask others if there was an issue. Good position on a bus route straight into the city with frequent cheap busses. Attached is a sip and save so good for drinks in the room. Also a convenience store with a variety of cheap hot and cold food. The road outside is quite busy and there is a lot of road noise when the window is open. The air conditioning is problematic in that it sometimes blows hot air when it’s supposed to be cooling. Having said all the above we want to stay again!

Clean. Modern. Close to O’Connell St. Friendly staff at check in. Can’t ask for much more
