I had 2 double rooms side by side on level 4 one room was perfect clean and well maintained Other had issues with shower screen that would fall off the top and had a mould around the base Rooms were generally quiet was woken by yahoos in the adjacent laneway as it echoed upwards however no tram noise Large fridge microwave and dishwasher with good utensils Would stay here again close to Southern Cross station and tram stop

The room was very clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly and professional. And such a welcome touch to have happy hour plus free parking. The only thing was that the 'intimate' gym was very tiny - but ok for stretching I suppose. Would absolutely recommend this hotel

Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Good buffet breakfast.

Rooms are a bit stuffy. Even with the aircon on.

Checking in was a little confusing due to lack of internet access on arrival but once we found our location we were pleasantly surprised by the space and especially the incredible view! The gym was nice and the steam room, sauna, hot tub, and pool were as well. The beds were comfortable, plenty of dishes, and the location really couldn't have been better! The only issue was that it looked like the space could use a deep clean due to some spots on walls and in corners. Otherwise it was sad to say goodbye to that space

not the most upmarket hotel but good value and perfectly located for Marvel Stadium, Entertainment, The Trams, Spencer Street Station and the airport bus.

The apartment itself was a very good size and in a decent location with easy access to Westfield etc . The apartment was very dirty . The glass on sliding doors along with the backsplash and the tv were all very dirty . Everything felt a little greasy .. Worst was the bed linen , I have my doubts it was clean on . There was makeup on the doona . Not to mention the floors that were very dirty . Very limited cleaning supplies . We were sent an email telling us to make sure we vacated at 10 AM as there were people coming in soon after , you have to leave the keys at a shop in Ryrie street and he didn’t open till ten , so it made it hard if you wanted to leave early… The apartment is in a very noisy location , a lot of hoon drivers every night going past the apartment every couple of minutes .
