The hotel offers a truly memorable stay, blending comfort with a distinct sense of character that sets it apart from standard accommodations. From the moment of arrival, the atmosphere feels warm and thoughtfully designed, with staff who are attentive without being overwhelming.

The hotel is wonderful, the rooms are super big and don’t feel tight at all because they have a living room area. We almost never left the hotel, the pool excellent, it has so many restaurants you can eat in a different place every day. The service is great, security for the rooms, they have like three coffee shops, you never get bored it is beautiful and has everything in every budget fancy and normal price. In will come back again!

My room was available two hours earlier than regular check in. Place is spotless and the front desk very helpful. Overall my favorite place to stay in Vegas.

Good lean rooms. Nice staff

Beautiful property. The only con would be the high parking fee and the mandatory extra daily charge of 25.00 daily to use towards food (which in some cases would not be necessary)

The room was clean and all in order. The staff (parking and at check-in) were bored, humourless and unfriendly. Every question I asked was an inconvenience. The only building amenity was the bar and that was closed for a private function and then was closed the next day. The pool was good but heavily chlorinated. The rooms were noisy owing to the private function through to the early hours and also because there was little sound-proofing between the rooms. Upgrading the room was not worth it. The location was fine for Disney but there were plenty of other hotels in the same area that I would try before returning to this one. Quite a let down really - nothing like the ‘Disney’ style welcome I had expected, unfortunately. Quite pleased to leave for the next leg of our California trip

Fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of Santa Monica, beautiful views and great attention to detail. Fantastic staff. Nice pool, family friendly.

Decent location, near a lot of nice spots and easy to get to. The “hotel” itself was more of an over priced motel. All prices for the hotel should be upfront when booking and not an extra charge because they consider it a resort and require you to use the valet and have an extra charge for that as well.
