Staff at the bar and check in are really friendly. My husband loved the old fashioned.

Beds were good altough the bed covers were stained everything else was good.

Would definitely recommend

The room was clean and well-maintained. The staff were helpful. The location is great if you wanna enjoy Hollywood and other neighboring touristy things. However, the rooms aren't very sound-proofed and this is not the sound from the music from the rooftop or ground floor but sound coming through other rooms. Overall the experience was good for a one-time visit.

Cute vibe...super clean and host was communicative. There is a parking fee in order to park on the premises. Laundry inside our room was available and convenient. Cleanliness is most important to me and that was 5 stars. Will stay again.

Great location staff excellent and great value for money

A very nice property, pool is quiet and the staff is excellent there, thank you to Jasmine for taking such good care of us❤️. We have stayed at this property several times and like that is not that typical Vegas hotel, much more upscale with a professional staff all around. Only negative was that we needed to leave a day earlier than booked due to a family issue at home and gave the hotel a notice 2 days prior to us leaving and they still would not give us a refund for the night we never used. I understand hotels have their policies but for a loyal customer traveling with a special needs daughter I would have hoped they could have made an exception under the circumstances but they chose not to. Still a great hotel if you want a quiet professional setting in Vegas.

Alice and the staff in the Gold Experience were beyond helpful. Loved the room, balcony and service overall.

The property was good for its price and close to the beach areas.

The room was clean i always say thr ladies working on the hotel cleaning all day ...i like there coffe machines i cant complain it was nice

Overall, a pleasant experience would definitely recommend
