7.2/10 Good! (1,002 reviews)
The pool (if you can call it that) was out of order. The elevator was out of order (our room was on the third floor). Our room shower had no hot water. In addition, the only food or drink options (which included the complimentary cocktail for guests advertised on their website) were located at a sister property which was a 30 minute walk away. We were booked for two nights, but decided to leave after one night due to the deplorable conditions.
