Always enjoy our stay

It was a great place for a budget friendly vacationer. The gym was very small and works for one to two people. If you want a gym don’t come here. Our door to the room was made of wood and was extremely hard to open and it was very loud when closed or opened because of the humidity and warping. Most rooms didn’t seem to be as bad as ours (rm #612). Pool was cool but not heated and it is more a lounging pool than a fun pool. No hot tubs even though it looks like there might be. Water filling stations were excellent by the pool and in the lobby. Parking was terrible. Even the paid parking was limited. We parked on the street but you need to pay the meter. The hotel was in a great spot to go walking around the town for food at night

The property was cleaned and staff was very nice!

Spacious room, complimentary wine, great location away from the noise of Waikīkī beach area, staff great and always on hand to help,check in no problem. Would be nice to have a kettle in room, but coffee shop open at 6am

I enjoyed my stay! The location was perfect and I would definitely stay here again! Staff was amazing and polite.

Great location, walkable to restaurants, coffee, and shopping. The lobby was also great for hanging out & chatting with friends at night and eating our take out food. :) The front desk & concierge were also friendly.

It is a good property, next to the beach.

The food was extraordianry and the grounds beautiful. Unfortunately flooding and rain had taken pout the AC. So we cut our stay short. They were very accommodation and I would recommend.

Staff and property was very nice. Bit of a hiccup with the check in price. It was supposed to be160.00 left that was due upon check in and it ended up being o er $300.00. That was stressful but Expedia is working to get that difference back. Otherwise, everything else was wonderful.

Clean though somewhat dated property. Beach access and the beach was not crowded. Had some issues with the property charging the same room balances more than once and placing large pending charges throughout our stay. The manager compensated us for the inconvenience of having this excessive depletion of credit card funds by giving us free parking though. Restaurant was half closed due to weather and supposedly “fully booked”, but there were empty tables for almost 2 hours because the guests “called they are running late”: haven’t heard of a restaurant keeping your reservation for more than 15 min but this is not the case for Kaimana … So, make a reservation well ahead of time and they will keep their other guests unaccommodated even if you are extremely late. The restaurant offers room delivery and take out too, which is helpful esp. when they are “fully booked” waiting for guests arriving late. Even if you take out they automatically charge you 18% gratuity… and expect you to add a tip on top too…

Lovely hotel, great staff! We loved our stay at the Ilima.
