Not such a bad place for a building currently undergoing renovation. Parking is available (not mentioned) and can be paid for at check-in. Vey close to everything you would want at Waikiki.

AC didn't work very well in the room so it was hot during our stay. Good location. Wouldn't recommend, as there are other hotels around the same price that are leaps and bounds better.

The staff was excellent and helped me on several occasions. The room was adequate and the mattress was new and comfortable. The coffee machine in the lobby was an added bonus.
Hotel was close enough walking distance to most of Waikiki’s highlights.
