Expedia markets this hotel as 4-star. It’s indeed a “0” star hotel. It has no support staff, no phones and no one to call when you need help. The only “live” person is someone at a check-in counter at the bar. Before we went to bed, we needed help with the AC controller. I tried to no avail to call the listed number, but no one picks up that phone. Instead, I had to get dressed, walk down to the bar, where I was met by a defensive hotel employee who declared that this is a “0” start hotel and that there is no support staff or no one to call… and added it’s not the hotel’s fault that Expedia promotes it as 4-star. She did eventually come up to our room and help With the AC. In general, the hotel and rooms are nice, but the rate is pricey for a no staff hotel. (I did not even know that exists). And shame on Expedia for misleading marketing.

It is modern and the robes and other amenities are a nice touch. The breakfast can be added on for 35 ea at check in and I feel it is well worth it! Our first night we stayed here when we arrived, the room was quite small but worked for us and we are staying here again for a second time for the night before our flight and the room is quite a bit bigger. I’m not sure of the reasoning but if you can get a bigger room, I’d go for it! There is a sauna and gym and both are very well maintained!! The staff is friendly too
