Situation... There are many restaurants and all what you need around. The Staff are really nice.

Perfect location for walk, ability of attractions and transportation, such as the train and bus system. Very quiet all times of the day and night, and a cute little café attached to the lobby. The staff was very knowledgeable, speaking several languages and able to provide assistance when looking for things like a pharmacy or grocery.

Clean and tidy room, staff were friendly and the food at restaurant was very good.

The property is in a great location, walking distance to shops and china town. The house keeping was not perfect but generally it is in clean condition.

There was absolutely no staff Visibility to help with luggage we had to lug our own luggage to our rooms which is unheard of / previous owners had bell staff to take your luggage from the car - foyer areas are very run down - whole hotel needs a revamp as it’s looking very stayed - it is such a shame as we have been here many times under the old owners and loved it every time - this time we have been left wanting - even the rooftop bar was empty which tells you something - this used to ALwAyS be pumping …. Do better to stay competitive

Absolutely everything was seamless, easy and enjoyable.

We liked our stay here, but our two bedroom room was very pokey. We constantly felt like we were moving around furniture. There was less than 2m between the TV cabinet and couch and that 2m was filled with a coffee table and arm chair! If you were staying here for work, it would feel like you were on top of each other. As a family, we felt the same.

Room is small but spotlessly clean! Location is fantastic. And staff so friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!
