This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! First off the price is phenomenal for the location. A mere three minutes walk from Times Square, great place to be close to all areas! Subway station nearby! Staff were lovely and available at all hours for anything you need! It’s family friendly and the room was brilliant with everything you need!

Perfectly located near everything. Great customer service from the entire staff, clean rooms and housekeepers did a great job and went the extra mile organizing our bathroom items and even some clothes that were left in the bed were folded and placed neatly. Very quiet no outside noise etc. the only thing not huge though were the outlets they were not holding the chargers very well but they still worked for us.

I was pretty surprised how quickly this place has gone downhill in just the last 12-18 months given it’s still a relatively new property.

Room was clean, spacious and wonderfully comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Diego. Food throughout the hotel was exceptional! Lobby bar had great end-of-day cocktails in a cozy setting. Will definitely stay again!
