Customer service at the hotel itself was excellent. I appreciate the attention to detail and the cleanliness of the hotel.

The room was clean, and it was a easy Check in and check out.

Clean Room, House Keeping and Manitancen the sink was plugged up we called and got it taken care of, next time we will want a view, we were on 2nd floor with no view, my fault I wanted close to bottom floor.

Eveything was perfect. I have stayed at alot of places in vegas and this was well worth the money. Will stay again.

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.

This is a solid hotel that is clean, quiet and located in a great location. Amenities are minimal but adequate.
