customer service was good. Menu of OC Brew was hard to find. I didn't like that I had to constantly look at the QR code for the dining within the hotel.

What a great family stay! Easy parking (for a fee) and shuttle access to Disney right in front. Lots of nearby restaurants too. Loved the suite with the separate bedroom and pullout bed. Will return on our next trip!

Good overall stay. I stayed at Westin back in October. I'm not sure how the Westin is a 4 star hotel and JW is a 5 star. Only thing I can think of is the location.

Thanks to the housekeeping team for keeping our room clean and tidy.We always have fresh towels to use everyday.Walking distance to Disneyland.The only down side is that they don’t have kettle/hot water to use if you wanted to eat noodles conveniently and use of laundry room is up to 9pm only.Struggled to get there at that time when you go visit Disneyland as they are open till midnight.Hope they can improve these service.
