Fantastic room, hotel, staff and service. Only 2 small issues which we mentioned to the team - waterfall shower head needed descaling and a la carte evening menu was not to their normal standard. Would highly recommend this hotel. We had a lovely relaxing time. Also the breakfast was awesome.

The stay was awesome. What the stand out was 2 staff members Bich Hue, and Tra My. These 2 ladies made the whole stay totally worth while coming back in the future. Nothing we requested was to hard for them to accommodate us regardless the time of day. I wish these ladies all the best.

I have been travelling through Asia for almost 2 months and this is my favourite place I’ve stayed! The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. I can’t thank them enough. They clean your room while you are eating breakfast which is really convenient, and the breakfast was also the best I’ve had at a hotel! The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfy, and the wifi is fairly strong. Overall, a very positive experience!
