Is a beautiful just because is whell known but unfortunately the restrooms to high and small for an elderly woman and uncomfortable for them and for a good motel is very full of negative ambience

Five stars, spacious rooms and quiet location away from the strip. Perfect except no food on site. With that I would say flawless stay.

The room was the penthouse at the very top and edge of the hotel. Absolutely stunning views and a very large and comfortable room with everything you need. USB and C connections throughout, and the projector to watch movies was really cool.

Nuestro cuarto no estaba tan limpio, nos encontramos una esponja sucia en el baño. Nos cobraron mucho más dinero del que se tenía contemplado. No nos dieron las bebidas que teníamos incluidas.

Love how nice and clean everywhere is, the Oyster Bars it’s a must try love the pan rose & gumbo. They have a steamer in our room and that was really nice.

Amazing location for anyone wanting to see broadway shows! Right in times Square and just a few steps away from the TKTS discount booth!

Great place

The staff is friendly and very helpful to meet every need. The room is clean and beds are comfortable. We love staying at the Arlo whenever we are in the city. The location is central to the theaters and only steps away from the subway.

What I have liked about this hotel in the past: $10 parking, reasonable room rate, and a good location. I have adjusted to the virtual check-in, even if I prefer a human in person. This time, the room smelled of a very strong ammonia-like cleaner, which reminded me of an Elder Care Home, and that was tough to get past. The air conditioning was like a semi truck accelerating toward my head when it kicked in. When the woman in the adjacent room started coughing, I assumed she had entered our room, it was so loud. If you are any larger than me, and am very average, the bathroom will feel like you cannot fit inside. Otherwise, an inexpensive and clean option.
