Being across the beach is the best perk. Fairly sized gym with multiple machines plus dumbbells treadmills elliptical and stationery bike. No water bubbler but they have water bottles in gym. Pricey breakfast but good spread and good quality. Rooms decent size. Would recommend

This was an amazing place with fantastic views and modern amenities, so close to Busan Station. We were blown away. It was a great home base for our week in Busan, and we loved having a CU convenience store so close by.

We had issues at the check in and the staff was every unwilling to help. Only offer was for us to pay extra to get access to what we were told we would already have. Even though we showed the email with the list of amenities, the staff said those were not included in our "rate". It was extremely surprising to me that a 5 star hotel does not offer pool as part of the accommodation. I was expecting much better service and helpfulness for a 5 star hotel but I was very disappointed.
