Millions of stairs to climb with your luggage. The helper can only carry one, so you’re stuck with the rest.. 82 stairs on high elevation. Elevator broken during one point so now your walking up more stairs to your room. The spa only has one masseuse so no couples massages. One goes while the other waits.
The room was nice. Just getting to it was an issue

This hotel is marvellous. First impressions were excellent from front of house staff, very welcoming including the porter who helped move my car to a safe spot. Room was lovely in the villa with a nice balcony and view. Very clean hotel and pool with constant attention to cleaning or maintenance. Very attentive pool attendant and bar staff during the day. Restaurant is very good with excellent food and brilliant staff, so welcoming. Nice bar with a great view over Sorrento, Vesuvius and the bay of Naples All in all 5 Star.

Amazing hotel and location. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Nice to be away from the business of town but close enough to walk. The free shuttle was a great amenity. Would def go back.
