The room was clean, good room service. Only thing to note is the toiletries are nice but provided in a wall dispenser which is quite difficult to get the product out of. If you have any issues with your hands bring your own or maybe ask reception as to be fair to them we didn't ask, they may provide alternative.

Breakfast was poor in so many ways, ground floor toilets was dirty as someone had toileted on the seat and also others were dirty.
Twin beds were too close together
On the positive it was a good location for the market square and castle, reception were really helpful from check in to,check out and in between, they were all friendly and professional and treated us like individuals rather than just another guest.
