Location is perfect, stones throw away from Cavour train station, walking distance from colosseum. Lots of food places around.

The room itself is very clean. Very good staff. Wi-Fi is pretty weak. Has a weird system with the room key. You don’t get a card to enter your room anytime you want, you have to leave your key with reception every time you leave. You have to be a trusting person to be able to do that otherwise take any valuables with you if you can. Showers don’t have hot water. Free Breakfast and they gave me free water. Overall decent experience.

The staff were super helpful. There wasn’t anything they can do for us. They replied on WhatsApp with a solution to any problems that we had. The breakfast was not included with our apartment room. However we were able to get token for 18 euros and then use it with the restaurant linked to the hotel around the corner, however I found but the value for money was pretty poor at the restaurant and we preferred breakfast in the local restaurants instead…the room was very clean but the we did however have a bit of an ant infestation in our 3rd floor apartment, these came out when there was food left out in the kitchen even for like 10 minutes the ants would come out from behind the counter back splash and would crawl all over your food, plates and drinking containers. This was pretty obviously very disappointing. Overall, it was good but the ants really put us off from giving the apartments a top five rating.

We had a wonderful stay at Baglioni Hotel Regina. The hotel is elegant and beautifully appointed, with a fantastic location that made exploring Rome so easy. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. We were especially fortunate that our stay coincided with the opening of the new Primiera restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared and presented, and made our stay even more memorable. The staff truly made our stay special and made us feel genuinely welcome. A lovely, luxurious experience in Rome—we would absolutely stay here again!
