good location to city with a great pub around the corner

we had a room over the weekend and there were unquestionable stains on the bed, fridge was broken and possibly blood on one of the towels

Very clean room, comfortable and quiet . Location good. Parking should be included in price !

Exceptionally clean property with beautiful river views. Easy check in. Comfortable bed with lovely linen. Only issue being the original place we booked was swapped out due to spa heater issues. I agreed to the swap not realising I was also missing a bath in the alternative property. I chose the accommodation because I love outdoor hot tubs and free standing baths. Never mind. Still has a relaxing time. Only other thing to note is limited dining options especially on a Sunday. The list of places in the welcome folder was out of date, more than half now closed. The pub had decent pub food, but there were no fine dining options close by.

Memorable experience. Understated luxury. Extremely hospitable staff and world class service. Amazing breakfast.

Good location on Rundle Mall. We were just there for one night & checked in after hours, which was easy enough - you just call a phone number provided in an email. Parking was already validated for us, in the Wilson’s carpark, so that was really helpful. Cute little touches in the room such as hot chocolate sachets & Tim tams! The toiletries provided in the bathroom were really nice too. The bed & pillows were comfy & the room was cosy. It had everything we needed for a night’s stay. If you’re after coffee in the morning, there’s a little coffee kiosk in the Adelaide Arcade. Check out was easy, as the keys were just put back in the lock box. Security deposit was refunded quickly too, most places take ages to refund this, so that was great too.

A beautiful and unique stay for our family. Stunning surrounds and so tranquil, with so many personal touches, the breakfast was fresh and tastey with plenty for us all. The book detailing the area and history was a great read and Andrew was happy to provide us with suggestions for places to see and local food options ans went out of his way to accommodate our sons love of animals. Great weekend break and I'm sure we barely touched the surface with what this place has to offer.
