Pros : Clean hotel and spacious rooms. Amazing food at Carversteak, Wally's and Brezza (restaurants on site). Cons : Very limited seating around the pool (without extra charge) and not enough umbrellas. Pool service very slow and food options at the pool are limited (tacos and burritos). The resort could use some more modern touches (blinds and curtains cannot be opened automatically, no light switch next to the bed, no vent in bathroom, no electronic dnd switch, etc.) and more healthy food options.

The location is great, room is very clean. TV remote doesn't work. bedding is okay. This is my second time staying there. Somehow feel the first time was a whote lot better

Good staff; convenient location

Great apartment style rooms, full kitchen, washing machine and dryer, full size fridge. Club rooms are newer and higher floors, I was on 61. Great views, shopping in Miracle Mile shops and Planet Hollywood for casino action. Been staying here every visit for the last 6 years, fantastic staff and service

Great amenities onsite

Everything was perfect except for the fact that they charged more money on my card than expected.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities were great and the room was very spacious and clean. Will definitely stay again.

One of the best hotel in the strip

The room was clean but the bed was a little uncomfortable. The lady that checked me in had an attitude because I couldn’t hear here thru the thick glass. The man that checked me out was kind and spoke loud and clear. Overall not a bad stay.

There is no physical staff to check you in. You check in with someone who is remote with spotty internet connection so it takes extra time to check in. No one comes by to clean your room, if you need any towels you need to go grab them yourself. Walls are supper thin can hear ppl next door and ppl walking around upstairs.
