The hotel offers a distinctive boutique experience that combines understated sophistication, thoughtful design, and genuinely attentive service. Its location is particularly appealing, situated within convenient walking distance of the MTR while nestled in a relatively quiet neighborhood, providing a welcome respite from the intensity and bustle often associated with Hong Kong’s more heavily touristed areas. From the moment we arrived, the professionalism and hospitality of the staff were evident. Every team member we encountered was courteous, accommodating, and attentive, creating an atmosphere that felt welcoming without being overly formal. This consistency in service contributed significantly to the overall quality of our stay. Breakfast was another highlight. The selection offered a pleasing variety of Western dishes complemented by an assortment of fresh fruits, providing a satisfying start to the day. Particular recognition goes to Doris, Patina, and Laxmi, whose warmth, attentiveness, and genuinely pleasant manner made each morning especially enjoyable. Their thoughtful service exemplifies the importance of a dedicated hospitality team, and they deserve sincere recognition for making guests feel so welcome.

Booked a room with a spectacular view of the HK harbour. Room was spacious and clean. Experienced the hotel buffet, a must try. Hotel is conveniently located. You can walk all the way along the ocean front from hotel to Tsim TSA Tsui. Also, you can Catch the ferry to Central , a short walk from the hotel.

Room and bathroom and toilet are clean. Hot shower and spacious bathroom. Good to have shuttle bus. Breakfast could have more food choices.

The staff was great. I did not eat there so I cannot comment on their food. The rooms are a little bit outdated but certainly serviceable. Like, way better than a hostel for example. For the location, you can't get much better on price either.

We enjoyed the upgrade. Thank you Ecotree staff. The bed and pillows was super comfortable. Very very close to Sai Yu Pun MTR entrance. Surroundings are many shops selling all kinds of dried seafoods. Amazing experience in Hong Kong!!!
