Reception, food and beverage staff and activities staff were very nice and always accommodating. Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss and hotel needed reminding to replenish water bottles, coffees and towels. Plenty of interesting and fun activities for all ages.

Very nice resort. We spent our week in the Reef Bure - Amazing and private beach Villa with your own golf cart to explore the property. Great food, nice pools, and helpful staff. Duncan on the adults side hooked us up with a late checkout - thank you DUNCAN! Couple downsides - not fully all inclusive. Be prepared to pay for coffee drinks all day, soda before noon, and have a daily allowance for food. Not bad tho - spent 7 days eating and drinking whatever we wanted and had $300 usd in overages. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend the resort and privacy of the Bure Villas!

We enjoyed staying in the penthouse, which was very comfortable and spacious, featuring top-notch, spotless amenities. Our time at the resort was truly wonderful, and the staff was absolutely fantastic. It was a truly memorable experience!
