There was a bar area above the room that I was staying so I heard music playing til midnight. If you don’t like music, you should ask for a room away from the bar. Otherwise the place is in a great location and perfect for a quick stay.

This was our 2nd time at this fabulous resort. The Signature Level is so worth the extra money. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurants and Buffet was so good and there were plenty of food choices. I would definitely go back a 3rd time!!!!

If you’re visiting the Valley of the Temples and nearby sights, this hotel’s location inside the archaeological park is a real plus. That said, there are other hotel options just a 5-10 minute drive away. As for the 5-star and SLH label, it feels like a stretch. Yes, there’s a pool, a restaurant, and a gym, but the rooms and overall experience don’t really live up to that rating. You’re paying a premium mainly for the in-park location. Staff were pleasant enough, but compared to other hotels in Sicily, I wouldn’t call this a true 5-star property.

Good things: Great location with good staff. Excellent breakfast. Good working A/C. Bad things: Extremely loud construction noise literally right next door with connected walls with drilling and banging non stop from 7AM to 7PM. Just terrible! Zero comfort and relaxation in the room during those hours. Also the hotel is extremely dated. Needs a complete remodeling. Nothing works in the room. Shower is terrible with no water pressure. Remodeling of the entire hotel is at least 25 years overdue. Very strange TV set up. Staff are very kind and helpful. Poor condition of the hotel is not their fault. All and all, for the price and location, OK.
