Staff always very attentive and friendly. The jetty onto the reef is the best in sharks bay. 3 heated swimming pools. 2 water slides.High quality food with specialist restaurants. Lots of entertainment. Kids club.10 mins from the airport. Good resort

It’s a very nice location and good resort.
I was surprised that the women staff are not allowed to wear hijab with their own free will.
Please work on letting them choose their options for hijab.
The Indian restaurant was not great the buffet was amazing.
