They should change the name. Not a palace hotel layout is confusing. Lobby, random old furniture just don’t look like a hotel. They med to spend money on common areas rugs, get rid of they lobby furniture and the two pots of ugly plastic flower at front entry is the first impression

Lovey hotel right in the middle of Rome with easy access to all the sights. Restaurant and bar are excellent and service is top notch.
Would definitely recommend staying here.

Staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were good and the rooftop area was nice. Breakfast staff were amazing. Within walking distance to train, coliseum, roman forum, Trevi fountain and Spanish steps.

The only thing to improve is the elevator. The space is way too small. It is barely enough for one adult with two luggages.
