Beautiful and charming. Very pleasant staff. Be aware that the elevator is very antiquated so 1 person and 2 large suitcases at a time is all that will fit but was not a problem. Beautiful location would stay here again! Side note, like most places in Italy, there is a city tax you have to pay at checkout so be aware

The hotel is centrally located to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast is delicious but now the pastry offerings are self serve which I don’t like. Please note, there isn’t an electrical outlet in the bathroom for a blow dryer or flat iron. Also, the TV doesn’t allow for casting and was quite old.

Excellent location in the Centro - Conveniently located for sightseeing and walking a number of places. Very pleasant and helpful staff and concierge. Exceptionally clean property, with daily housekeeping, water, treats. Nice sheets and bedding. Wonderful breakfast included with additional items for purchase. Lovely courtyard, salon, and bar.

The hotel lobby and lobby bathroom are small. I'm only sharing so people know if their room isn't ready, it is crowded getting changed/ready for the day after a long travel. There is not much they can do about it, just letting you know. The staff was wonderful. The room was large, clean and quaint. We LOVED the breakfast. I would stay here again and again.
