I joined a queue behind one of these customers, but when it was my turn, was told that i was not indeed next. I then asked where was the queue, and the lady didnt even know. The staff is very helpful. The hotel surrounding area is very quiet and has a nice view to the ocean. The hotel itself is a little bit dated but clean and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel for anyone.

Rooms smelled of cigarettes, the only restaurant I saw open was the buffet for breakfast and the sports bar which was completely empty both nights I checked, didn’t feel clean for a 5 star hotel

A wonderful stay. We stayed on the resort side. The junior suite is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The basement fun zone is great, with video games, ping pong and a pool table. The swimming pools are lovely, don’t forget a swim cap though you can also rent them. The food is good though expensive.

Clean room and friendly staff. Definitely a five-star accommodation. The lunch buffet was excellent. Will come back.
