The rooms are so spacious, the staff is incredible, the Restaurnat delightful, the concierge and front desk staff exceeded my expectations with very helpful tips of the city. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the entire property is conveniently located close to a lot of Viennas premier attractions. Wonderful shopping district filled with restaurants. This place is a true gem.

This hotel is very nice, with decent-sized rooms, located in a very convenient area. The rooms are equipped with record players and one can borrow records from the front desk. There is a great breakfast and they play real music in the dining area. Lovely place!

The property is in good condition but laks some basic services like bellmen and concierge. we had an issue with the phone in the room, which was not working. For the price is a decent hotel and it’s not that far away from the city center. It is more of a convention or business hotel.

It felt really corporate and there was no room service! I was starving and all the restaurants close by were closed. I called for room service and they said it was closed indefinitely.
