We loved that this place, had everything we needed. The pillows and comforter so soft. Wasn't expecting an extra bathroom in the living room, which was great! Beautiful place. So cozy. Owner answered right away for any question or help we needed. Neighbors were so friendly. For sure we will come back when we return to Van Nuys.

Upscale. Great service for free airport shuffle. Very busy as lots of airline crew checking in and out. Waited in line to check in for over 15mins. Requested for help via operator and was transferred 3 times before a Manager helped. Worth it if you want to be close to airport.

Check in was easy Room was fine - kinda strange that the toilet isn't in the bathroom. And there was no door where the shower is. But overall it was good.

Beds were good altough the bed covers were stained everything else was good.

Alice and the staff in the Gold Experience were beyond helpful. Loved the room, balcony and service overall.

Favorite hotel in LA.

Overall it was good except the pillows were rather flat and we only had one bath towel for 3 people. Also, the rooms are noisy. The people directly above us got back to their room well after midnight and their walking was really loud. I’ve never been able to hear guests above me like that at any motel/hotel. All this said, I'd still stay there again.

No kettle or anything in the room to make a drink etc, bit dated and quite expensive for what it was.
