Excellent location in central Oslo. Rooms clean but spartan with little storage and no safe provided for valuables. Our room on the third floor had the view completely obstructed by a parapet wall. But the buffet breakfast was very good and you could eat it in the old station concourse with lots of space. Overall ok but avoid rooms beginning 330-.

The hotel is right beside the central railway station and so ideal as a base for exploring. We arrived at the start of a heatwave and clearly none of the hotels in Norway are equipped to handle these conditions. Consequently the room was uncomfortably hot. This was not really the fault of the hotel and in all other respects the facilities and service were excellent

Very nice place but pricy

Breakfast is amazing. Terrific location. Lack of a/c during the high heat was uncomfortable.

Great hotel, but without staff

Sleep was uncomfortable as comforter was too small for size of bed. Dinner was overpriced.

The most famous hotel in Norway also has the best location.
