Highlights: Great security, large bedrooms - perfect for friends traveling together; large bathrooms; great location; quiet Lowlights: cleaning of rooms slow and not excellent cleanliness in bathroom cleaning; hard to communicate with a real life person; no microwave for heating up leftovers from fabulous dinners; no coffee service in room; no refrigerator for leftovers, unless you request one - can’t use the one currently in room

We didn’t eat breakfast but did take advantage of the the coffee bean and tea leaves coffee shop Near the north tower.

Very kind and helpful staff, excellent food, and every space sparkling clean. Great beds too.

I was skeptical making this reservation but I loved staying here. The room was newly renovated, the food court is new, and I don’t have a single complaint about any of the sit down restaurants. The Prime Rib was a great deal.

Woke up in the morning did the early check in online. Got the email saying my room keys were ready for pick up at the kiosk at 3pm. Went to the kiosk only to be told my room was not ready at 7pm. Had to stand in the long line to speak with a live person, front desk girl had an attitude. Got ready went out, came back at 12 midnight asked a security for directions on where to get food, he also did t seem to be in a good mood. Overall customer service experience was not good.

enjoyed our stay, the strip view in our room was amazing. the kids totally loved it. we love how spacious and clean the whole unit was. we were attended promptly by staff. amazing service. we'll definitely come back
