My only complaint about my stay at this hotel was the airport shuttle. I wish they do what most of the other hotels do, where the airport shuttle pick up guests upon arrival. I waited at the airport for an hour and was told they have specific schedules for the airport shuttle. Understandable, however when you have guests arriving at different times, maybe get their arrival information so you can pick them up upon arrival. Waiting for an hour at the airport for the shuttle is unacceptable.
Pros:
- Hotel have a great restaurant and cafe
- Hotel is close to town and my meeting venue.
- Staff were very friendly and helpful.
