This hotel was the most disappointing experience I have ever had. Besides trying to charge us an additional fee for a baby staying in one of the rooms, even though the four rooms we booked fully accommodated everyone according to your hotel policy,  2 of the 4 rooms had an overwhelming disgusting sewage odor. The smell was so disgustingly strong that it was difficult to breathe. It took three room changes before I was finally given a room that was acceptable. I was never asking for an upgrade. I simply wanted a clean, odor-free room that matched the standard I had paid for. During these room changes, another staff member pointed his finger at my wife and said, "Hey, you. I talk to you. Come here." We found this extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. My sister in law changed her room the next day. Her first paid room was left unoccupied. Throughout this trying  process, we felt dismissed rather than helped. Instead of empathy or sincere apologies, there were smirks, laughter, and a lack of professionalism that made an already frustrating situation much worse. To make matters even more frustrating, the hotel later distributed a notice to guests acknowledging that some rooms were experiencing issues and that relocation was possible. Breakfast itself was satisfactory. To sum it up, the sewage odor, repeated room changes, poor maintenance, and the unprofessional behavior of certain staff members overshadowed our entire stay. For these reasons, we will not be returning here.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. The hotel is clean, beautifully decorated, and offers everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We especially appreciated the fitness center, rooftop terrace, and swimming pool, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was also very good. While the selection is not the largest, the food is of high quality, fresh, and delicious. We looked forward to breakfast every morning. The location in District 1 is perfect. The hotel is situated on a quiet street, yet it is within easy walking distance of popular attractions, restaurants, shopping centers, and the city's more vibrant areas. It offered the ideal balance between convenience and tranquility. What truly made our stay special, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and service-minded. They were always welcoming, polite, and ready with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived until the day we left. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would not hesitate to stay here again. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with outstanding service.

Was unable to get into the property. They use virtual check in and that does not work. Apparently the finger print was out of order and had been for two days. They canceled our booking and we had to find a new hotel. Very bad experience. Virtual check in is a non-starter. Very bad experience.

Everything was great. The host is attentive when needed but if you plan to use the pool or gym facilities you will need to be let in by the host. Not a problem aslong as you give 30 minutes ahead of time you need to use it.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff were friendly/helpful. The hotel is cute and room was nice but the bathroom needs updating. The shower is over the bath which leaked terribly all over the floor causing a damp smell. Overall it’s a nice hotel in a convenient location.

People are very nice and clean

Room was exactly as shown in the photo. Great location. Stayed one night before an early departure. Room was clean. No refrigerator. I would stay there again for an early departure or late arrival.
