Everything was great. Staff were very polite and friendly and the room is very comfortable.

Reception in L1 on Saturdays @7:30pm, was very rude and aggressive when approaching us to make us aware of the rules of the lobby. We had our husbands drinking an alcoholic drink again unaware of the rules of the hotel. Immediately our husband's dispossessed their drink. She even called security. We felt discriminatied as we sat there waiting for our dinner reservations. She approached everyone who looked to be her same nationality with such pleasure and made us feel completely like outsiders. We definitely DO not plan to return to this hotel. We are high educated individuals that hold high ends roles in the business world and will share with our colleagues.

The cleaning stuff was exceptional

Excellent stay! We got an upgrade to a three bedroom suite which was super clean and comfortable for our family. The location can’t be beat. Would definitely stay here again.

I had an amazing time. I checked in after midnight and was great by Andrew. He was so pleasant and answered all my questions with care and concern. The property is beautiful kept. Every morning I was greeted by housekeeping staff and they always had a smile. The room was clean and spacious. Everything is located within walking distance and with the shuttle we didn’t have to get in the car once. Special shout out to the shuttle driver. Thank you for excellent service and plan on coming back for a longer stay.

If you’re contemplating the YVR Fairmont, try Hotel Versante instead. The rooms at Versante are just amazing, the staff are great, and it’s super close. The parking is secure and cheaper than YVR, the Cask Whiskey Bar and Bruno Restaurant are spot on, and did I say the staff are great? 🙌🔥 But shhhh, don’t tell anyone.

Everything was great for the most part, location is ideal. Room was clean and the fitness / pool facility is very nice. The bed was just not very comfortable and could use an update.
