This time we did not get the suite but the room still did not disappoint.The corner view was absolutely gorgeous at night.The beds were comfortable and plenty of options to eat. Very clean

The Metro is close to Union Station; you can walk w a roller bag. The neighborhood is sort of ‘less than’; however if you walk a few+ blocks you can get to downtown, Chinatown, little Tokyo, etc. The room I had was, as we say in Texas, ‘rode hard and put up wet’. It was worn. The window overlooked a dumpster surrounded by construction debris. I would guess the fleur di lis polyester bedspread was at least 30 yrs old. I could go on but the room fit my need to have a cheap place to stay, close to union station, and clean enough. I actually think it is clean but the carpet, furniture, the lobby, the elevator are all aged and affected the feel of the place. Just don’t go expecting a Holiday Inn/Best Western style place, it is more retro and not in a good way. I shan’t stay there again.

Great relaxing resort. All rooms are on the 4th floor. Reception team was very welcoming and personable. Partial ocean view room was fantastic. Very clean toiletries well stocked. Cleaning service was great. Food and bar drinks were well presented. Couples massage was ultra relaxing and great way to start the trip. Only ding I would give is the pool area was understaffed which resulted in guests needing to help themselves and or go to the bar for adult beverages.
