customer service was good. Menu of OC Brew was hard to find. I didn't like that I had to constantly look at the QR code for the dining within the hotel.

Good overall stay. I stayed at Westin back in October. I'm not sure how the Westin is a 4 star hotel and JW is a 5 star. Only thing I can think of is the location.

I like that the room and living area are separated by a wall and doors. Very spacious, clean, modern interior and decor. It's close to Disneyland and walkable. I would stay there again.

Had a great stay at Fontainebleau Las Vegas! Everything was clean, modern, and well-run. The highlight for my family (especially my son) was definitely the pool — beautiful space and super relaxing. Would love to come back!

The property was lovely, a little more business/office building area but a nice mall next door & fun food options. The room was comfortable & the bathroom was very enjoyable. Would definitely come back!

The hotel is located in a perfect area for those visiting disneyland. The rooms themselves are outdated. The air conditioning unit in our room was breaking down and made a loud noise every 10-15 minutes throughout the night which made it difficult to sleep. Other than that, the staff was nice and parking was simple enough.
