It was a good hotel. the parking was too bad and the stairs were not that good either, but the staff was helpful carrying my bags when i checked in. Would stay again.

Decent place to stay while waiting for a red eye flight out of Entebbe. The staff are kind and helpful and grounds are nice; it is very close to the zoo and botanical gardens. I was upgraded to a cottage which would have been good, except the room was fairly rough. It was pretty dirty, there were ants coming in through a hole in the wall in the bathroom, and the frame around the bathroom mirror is likely infested with termites as there were termite droppings all over the sink area. Had I been staying overnight I would have raised these concerns to management, however since I was only there for 5-6 hours waiting for a flight I didn't bother. Overall not the nicest place to stay for any longer amount of time.

We booked a room at the Carpe Diem Hotel for the final night of our 12 night stay in Uganda and it was the best by far, very friendly service, excellent food and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend
