Friendly staff, attentive to room service needs. Shakila at breakfast was very good. She went out of the way to service us. There were 2 male receptionist staff also were great! Forgot their names. Expedia had listed standard room as ocean view, but the property didn’t acknowledge as ocean view for standard room. We got the room we wanted after explaining it, they were accommodating. Will go back again.

This was a stunning end to my stay in Sri Lanka. Staff couldn’t do enough for you and general manager was around and introduced himself during breakfast. Cocktails and food was great. Breakfast was excellent. So many choices and nothing too much trouble. I can see it may be an issue in high season, but in October there was enough sunloungers at the pool and beach for everyone. Water supplied in room and on the beach/pool areas. WiFi was fast and reliable. Hotel offered turn down service which was a nice touch. Tip try the King Colada! Thank you Banisha for being so friendly and welcoming! <3

Really nice place. Modern. Clean. Quiet. Super calm. It is dry which should be noted. Great pool and access to the beach. Thats lovely for a swim. Great views. Youll be happy...but its dry. Around the hotel there isnt much so get a tuk tuk into town. The breakfast was average. We ate out...just beacuse. We didnt use the spa

Great pool, buffet and comfortable clean rooms. A great place for a family holiday. The hotel is isolated in not the best neighborhood I’m afraid. But as we went all inclusive we didn’t need to leave the property.
