We just had a nice stay at hotel caribe. Yes the hotel is old and could use some tlc (bathroom door was VERY hard to open from the inside and a couple times friends outside of bathroom had to open it), but nothing that would be a dealbreaker.. our main complaint was double beds for a 4 person room, ...

This was a great little resort. Beautiful view. Property grounds were very well maintained. Staff were very helpful and even upgraded our room when our original room was not quite ready yet. We absolutely plan on coming back to this spot!
