⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Stay – The Best Hospitality We’ve Ever Experienced My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Regent Hong Kong for seven wonderful days, and from the moment we arrived until the day we left, every aspect of our stay was absolutely exceptional. We have been fortunate to travel extensively around the world for many years, staying in many outstanding hotels. Still, we can confidently say that the level of service we received at the Regent Hong Kong is the best we have ever experienced. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible team at the Regent Club, who truly made our experience unforgettable. Each of them went far above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. What impressed us most was not just their professionalism but their warmth and genuine kindness. Over the course of our stay, they made us feel less like guests and more like family. Whether it was offering thoughtful menu recommendations, remembering our preferences, or taking the time to answer our questions about the best places to visit around Hong Kong. Their hospitality made every visit to the Regent Club something we genuinely looked forward to each day. Beyond the Regent Club, service throughout the hotel was outstanding. Awesome location!!! you can actually walk around to food, shopping, and many museum. So close to the Harbour walk. Huge shout out to the concierge team. They were fabulous in recommending places to eat and help me take a personal matter with patience. Thank you! Buffet breakfast decent. It has varieties.

The hotel was very nice. The staff were excellent, very friendly and very helpful. More often they went out of their way to answer questions and assist with our needs. The staff made our stay at New World Millennium over the top.

For a traditional Disney hotel it is very good. Great location for a visit to Disneyland either on a bus or walking. Great location also to the train network to go and explore other parts of Hong Kong. Staff were very nice. Hotel restaurants were good. I would say that the property itself and rooms feel a little tired and in need of a refresh compared with the other two Disney properties. Also due to it being low season the outside pool and space was closed for maintenance. Overall I think good price for a Disney property compared to pricing in the US.

Great deal for the space and location. I got the deluxe queen and though small, it was enough for my needs. (Traveling 1 person total with 1 carry-on suitcase and 1 check-in suitcase). The room was clean and cozy and the bathroom was modern and updated. The AC was good, the staff was friendly. I didn't really use the common spaces but they looked nice (the lounge/kitchen/laundry room). They have a locked room where you can store luggage after you check out so that was nice. The location is great since it is in the heart of Central and just steps away from the popular eateries and cocktail bars. My only complaint is that the walls are thin as I could hear the girls next door come back to their room each night which woke me up

Room was clean and well situated. A little tricky for taxis to find— but incredibly easy to access transit.
